During the experiment, the automatic continuous rotation of the independent sealed centrifuge tubes by the non-contact ultrasonic cell disruptor makes the distribution of ultrasonic energy more uniform. Important Notes
1. Choose an appropriate probe based on the sample volume being processed. A dedicated wrench is required for changing the probe;
2. When the AMPLITUDE knob is turned on, the probe should not be exposed to air. In special circumstances (testing the probe), it should not exceed 10 seconds;
3. Prepare an ice box before use. The sample must be placed in an ice bath during processing, and the sample concentration should not be too high.
